Some minor changes were made to correct obvious OCR errors and improve readability, such as changing "Narious" to not being changed as it is not clear what it should be, "Heome" to "Home", "for ther referencco" to "further reference", "Yea" to not being changed as it might be an OCR error or an old English usage, "Wordlesaur" to not being changed as it is likely an OCR error but the correct word is unclear, "per at" to "per annum", "u annum" to "per annum", "pu" to not being changed as it is unclear, "hived" to "hired", "ber" to "per", "Quailers" to "Quarters", "hen" to "when", "sut" to not being changed as it is likely "such", "upevards" to "upwards", and "fo" to "for". Other changes were made to format the text into proper paragraphs and to correct spacing issues.
